Where Is Your Happy Place?


You know how when you think of scary thoughts or see scary movies your heart and breathing rates amp up their speed? Well, thinking about happy and joyful things has the opposite effect. Your mind and body slow down and your brain releases feel-good chemicals. So, think of and create many "happy places" and go to them as needed to relax and feel better. Can you write a story about your happy place in 6 words or fewer? Try it!
