• Evidenced-based Mindfulness and Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT) principles and strategies are integral to my psychotherapy approach.


  • The goal of these interventions is living a values-based life that is meaningful, productive and beneficial.


  • Research in the areas of mindfulness and ACT report these approaches have proven successful in promoting feelings of well-being.

  • To illustrate the ACT skills, cinema therapy (movies) and bibliotherapy (books) are incorporated into treatment. Thus, movies and books may be recommended as between session reinforcement.
