Hello and welcome! I provide virtual therapy services to adults and young adults experiencing concerns such as general anxiety | depression | chronic pain | relationship issues | being easily triggered | codependency | defensiveness | oversensitivity | over-personalizing | personal and professional interpersonal issues | work related stress | health provider stress. I provide virtual sessions to individuals residing in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York as well as to individuals residing in a state that is a member of PSYPACT. Visit https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap to learn if your state has adopted PSYPACT.

I know how exhausting it can be to keep finding yourself in the same painful patterns - whether in relationships, at work, or in how you treat yourself. It takes real courage to decide you want something different.

My clients are people who want to understand themselves better and break out of patterns that aren't working anymore. They're ready to look at their own part in the dynamics they keep experiencing and build the kind of relationships where they can truly be themselves.

Here's what I believe: Real freedom doesn't come from hoping no one triggers you or trying to control how others behave. It comes from taking full responsibility for your own reactions and using your triggers as information. When you get triggered, that's actually showing you exactly where you need to grow. Understanding this, you're no longer controlled by your reactions.

My approach is supportive and warm, combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness practices and practical communication skills. I also use insights from movies and TV shows - sometimes seeing patterns play out on screen can help us recognize them in our own lives. In our work together, you'll find a space where you can be honest about what's really going on without judgment.

Change is possible when you're willing to look honestly at yourself and do the work. I'm here to support you through that process.
