"Exercising" Depression


If your moods tend to fluctuate, consider adding daily aerobic exercise into your day. Studies have confirmed that exercise provides excellent protection against depression. Finding the will power might be difficult at first, but just remember that will power is like a muscle, it gets stronger with use.
