Hello and welcome! I provide virtual therapy services to adults and young adults experiencing concerns such life stress | relationship issues | depression | personal and professional interpersonal issues | panic | work related stress | anxiety | health provider stress | chronic pain | adjustment to chronic illness | caregiver stress | college adjustment | academic-related stress. I am licensed to provide virtual sessions to individuals residing in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New York as well as to individuals residing in a state that is a member of PSYPACT. Visit to learn if your state has adopted PSYPACT.

Life has ups and downs and therapy may help you remain more balanced regardless of circumstances. The result may be increased self-confidence and feelings of well-being. Evidenced-based Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are integral to my broader approach. Films and books are incorporated into treatment as between session reinforcement.

Clients who choose to work with me are typically interested in understanding their emotional and behavioral patterns and developing mastery over their thoughts, emotions and behaviors to more effectively clarify and reach their goals and enhance their ability to be meaningfully productive, self-confident and beneficial.
