The patterns that bring people to therapy rarely feel like patterns

at first — they feel like other people, bad luck, or just the way

things are. My clients are often the kindest people in the room — warm, easy to talk to, quick to smile — who have spent years taking care of everyone around them and very little time on themselves. Many are in demanding careers where they give constantly — professionally and personally — and have very little left for themselves. Others are recognizing codependent patterns for the first time and finally ready to focus inward.

I'll challenge you if you want that. We'll focus on you — your patterns, your triggers, your growth — because that's where relationships actually change. I use ACT, mindfulness, and practical communication tools. I also draw on books, film, and pop culture — sometimes seeing a pattern on screen makes it click in a way nothing else does.
