Hello and welcome! I provide virtual therapy services to adults and young adults experiencing concerns such as general anxiety | depression | chronic pain | relationship issues | being easily triggered | codependency | defensiveness | oversensitivity | over-personalizing | personal and professional interpersonal issues | work related stress | health provider stress. I provide virtual sessions to individuals residing in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York as well as to individuals residing in a state that is a member of PSYPACT. Visit https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap to learn if your state has adopted PSYPACT.

Life has ups and downs and therapy may help you remain more balanced regardless of circumstances. The result may be increased self-confidence and feelings of well-being. Evidenced-based Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are integral to my broader approach. TV and films may be incorporated into treatment for reflection and insight building.

Clients who choose to work with me are typically interested in understanding their thoughts, emotions and behaviors so they may be more individually and collectively psychologically free, more effectively clarify and reach their goals, and enhance their ability to be meaningfully productive, self-confident and beneficial to self and others.

Cooking, baking, writing, traveling, reading, rebounding on my Bellicon, watching TV and movies and brisk walks in nature are my go-to activities. Favored domestic tasks are a toss up between folding laundry and vacuuming :-). Currently enjoying the brain training apps Elevate, Lumosity, and Brainwell.

Fun fact: my dad was chef and co-owner of a casual Italian restaurant in the West Village in NYC in the 1980s and my siblings and I helped with local deliveries on weekends. One of our regular delivery customers was actor James Coco. My family and I fondly remember him and his kind, friendly and gracious nature.
